Best wishes to all , road running isn't for me so I'll just stick to the ol' skipping rope , been doing it since a teen ..love it .so huge Salute to all who partake in this venture.

Ya great idea, we can get an app to track everyone progress week by week .. Make sure you invest in some decent runners tho, you don't want injuries like shin splint!

I'd do it, haven't ran for the last year so need to get back into it! It's much easier when you have motivation and support.

Never try and push yourself to hard to begin with.

Be good to get chatting and see people progress

"How's it all going work "

One person starts at malin head, does their 5k then hands over to the next fabber and so on until we reach mizen head. Just need everyone to get in line 5k apart shouldn't be too hard

Should be done in time for Christmas

"I'd do it, haven't ran for the last year so need to get back into it! It's much easier when you have motivation and support."

It really is I never thought I could run at 5k until my sister roped me into joining the local running group. The support was unreal what really motivated me was to have actual race to run at the end of the 10 weeks. JustRun have a list of races some of them virtual. The day of the race we had the local experienced runners running with us newbies to keep us moving to get us over the line . Some sesh after to celebrate finally doing it! Would love to train for another one to get my fat covid ass off the couch
