Just sending out positive hugs and thoughts to everyone today. I spent the weekend alone ( as I do every weekend) but life has a way of reminding us what's important, u bumped into a friends who's hubby died suddenly a few months ago and the sad news of Vicky Phelans camcer journey and it reminded me how life is so fleeting.
So I'm just sending you all hugs and reminding you that life is for living, for sharing with people, for laughing and smiling, for making people feel good, feel beautiful and feel loved. So if there is someone you haven't spoken to in a while send that text message or make that phone call because at the end of the day none of us are getting out of here alive.

Thanks DD. My uncle got the devastating news recently that he only has months to live. Thankfully he hasn't let it change his positive outlook and he carries on his daily routine as normal. It's all of us close to him that are feeling down as he is such a wonderful man. Hugs back to you |

My daughter hugged me this evening. We were joking about some new boots she bought.
We have come out the other side of a bad couple of years but a hug when unexpected made it all worthwhile.
On the hand she will probably catch me to buy her something to go with her new boots. |

How we all doing?
If you out and about today do something nice and pay it forward, I got a takeaway coffee this morning and paid for a second one for someone else.
Its nice to be nice and do you now what if I make one person smile today I'm happy out xx |
