There’s a lot of albums this list I’ve never heard before so I’ll have to give them a listen. Only seen a couple of rap albums mentioned though, Im a massive rap fan and I think the majority of people who don’t like it just don’t give it a chance and listen to it properly. Obviously there is going to be people who just don’t like the way it sounds i get that I just think the majority don’t give it a chance that’s why anytime I’ve been asked by someone who doesn’t listen to rap what should they listen to I always start with NAS - ILLMATIC considered to the greatest rap album ever and my favorite album if you’ve never heard it and don’t mind rap music definitely worth a listen |

For a novice like you I recommend checking out the Rolling Stone Top 500 Albums of All Time. |

Tracy Chapman, Tracy Chapman
Rizzle kick, stereo typical
Pink floyd, the wall
Human league, Dare
And a bit of a cheat but the album from the movie "night fever" is a jewel and is on my player right now
