So starting 1st of October I'm doing 1 push up.. on tje 2nd two and so on..It stats off so easy... but don't be fooled, by the middle or end you might have to split it up and do a few several times during the day... that's OK.. the goal is to get better no matter where your starting from..For anyone wanting to join me & for accountability post an emoji on your status for every day done.. so even if you put up a status, end it with however many emogies are relevant.. then at the end I want to see a photo of your new improved sexy arms & shoulders..
