3 episodes into this show on Netflix and I absolutely love it. If you like Stephen King books you're really going to like this.
Written and directed by Mike Flanagan who did The Haunting of Hill House and most recently the sequel to The Shining, Doctor Sleep. He's a big King fan and it really shows in this.

Good stuff. I'm loving it so far and glad to hear it gets even better. I am a fan of slow build horror. I like the tension to build up for a while.
Looking forward to the rest of it. Probably finish it over the next few days. |

I did enjoy it but I found it very slow to start, with the ending very rushed. A good twist on the usual horror tropes for the monster involved though! |
