The unsolved mystery of the disappeared people of Ireland
Even if their families never find the real killers but only get their remains back I'm sure it would be a small Comfort
One of them is close to me and my kids....the rest we all know their names and remember their photo's everytime there's a new appeal |

Can’t explain why but have a solution. Get someone to drive you and bike to the top of a hill before cycling. Then free wheel down the hill and the wind no longer becomes an issue. In fact the said wind feels great rushing through your hair so it’s a win win. |

Mono sodium glutamate( msg) normally experienced as a food additive in most takeaways etc searching for that taste bliss point. It is a factor in cheese flavour and Parmesan is the highest most naturally occuring MSG known in normal food.

Can i just point out that monosodium glutamate is present in a huge array of everyday foods including biscuits cakes and crisps. It has always unfairly been attributed to chinese food, the use of msg by chinese chefs is a sign of a bad chef. Next time you order your favourite just ask if theres msg in the food, chances are with a few exceptions theres not! How do i know? My family have owned and operated chinese food shops for 30 years here. |

Very interesting because to be honest we've changed chinese takeaways thinking there's too much MSG in their food

Lot of political examples of replacing the opium of the people with loyalty to an ideology or a cult of personality. |
