What is it with people saying "read profile before contacting" then have an actual book going on. Some profiles are way to long, its meant to be a bit of fun not a reading lesson. Then by the time you to the bottom you realise I'm never getting those minutes back again.
And those profiles that say " no pic, no reply" when they've no pics at all and their profile is empty, do these profiles actually get the response they hope for.
Some folk take this way to seriously, this is meant to take you away from normal life, not control it.

Well have to say ours is 'war and peace' started out quite small and short, but then the full force of the idiots and weirdos (as in alot of the single guys and married ones) hit us ... and well with each encounter of yet another idiot who has got off the bus at the gab swingers stop.. means we add more.
This is supposed to be fun but sadly the number of grown up mature (mentally as well) genuine swingers on this site seem to be few and far between. So ours gets added to very regularly. We are busy people and have a hectic life outside fab and do not have time to bother with the idiots. so what we are about and what we will and wont do is in the profile. People dont have to read it and if they clearly dont we delete their message and block. we have standards and arent lowering them for anyone. and no marrieds or in relationships playing away with us. |

I think its important to outline what you want on your profile but some profiles I have read just come across as quite intimidating. People banging on about how gorgeous and sexy they are and how pissed off they are about x y and z. There's nothing wrong with stating what you do and don't want but rambling on about things that annoy you about the site isn't really the most alluring and arousing thing to read. Constant negative status updates are a warning sign to me as well. Frustration is never sexy. |

I can fully understand the profile getting longer over time, what really gets me about some huge profiles is the ones that say use a certain word placed in a particular place in the profile if messaging so we know youve read it all.
Yeah face pic is a big thing, " you send yours first and if we like the look of you we will send one back" balls to that, we end that conversation right there and then. |

Agree but we do put up the odd update as it does annoy us how single guys can be.
When our profile does lay out clearly what we will and will not consider, and then you get messages from people well outside that that wont take no.
People like that are not real genuine swingers..
Its a swingers site after all not actually a sex site.. there is an option to watch others. soft swing etc. think thats where people get confused.

Its mostly to get rid of the time wasters I think. But if its a more than a few lines they expect a big long message. |

Don't get me wrong I've had my share of ranty updates but I have seen people update their status sometimes several times a day with angry comments about people on the site. Of course we all get annoyed on here at times and want to vent but just constantly being pissed off doesn't make me want to get in contact as I would be too scared! lol |

Yes i know hapened to me a few times...SHALLOW...i like to chat first and i never ask for a face pic first it makes me crindge...i can tell from the first few messages whether or not i click with someone.....thats more important tbh !!!  |

Hey it is hard for males in here and i do agree they get a raw deal..i had my page opened to males at the start and they all were very nice and polite...a few weird but nothing major..i always try and reply to everyone as we are all human and it is rude when someone has taken the time to message you...just be yourself and keep the messages simple (no cut and pastes)hate them lol and no cock pics..if they dont get back to you then thats their loss!!good luck....  |

I've been here a month or two now, but have yet to really message anyone as I am painfully shy and I think it can come across in my emails and that could put people off straight away
