Lucid dreaming, controlling dreams
Jump to: Newest in thread
Anyone else into this? Finally gotten kinda good at it. I am able to know I'm dreaming but not wake up automatically , which means I can take control of dreams. Still not perfect by any means but some of the sex dreams I've enjoyed were awesome. ?? It's so damn real when in dream state. If anyone is interested in the techniques it's worth exploring.

I've tried a couple of times but the results haven't been noteworthy as yet. Because of that I've tended to default back to regular sleep sounds. Might give it a whirl tonight again |

"I find it hard enough to control my life awake never mind when I'm asleep
Are you telling you can create a whole scenario to dream or is it something different "
In most cases it's more about being aware that you're dreaming and about those dreams feeling vivid and real...like you're part of them but still aware that you're dreaming. Sometimes it's possible to control or direct the dream |

Ya I can do it, I have a sleep disorder & go straight into REM sleep. Because my dream sleep happens straight away they become entagled with reality. I used to have brutal night terrors & sleep paralysis but I can guage them now & change my dreams to whatever I want. I can feel temperatures, pain, pleasure sensations, smell & taste while dreaming... oh and orgasm too. Its class |

Figured it out & man has it been amazing. Its really simple for me, and literally just put a scenario in place and off I go. I've had fantastic sexual relations with a lot of you Fab people and you were incredible.. lol #sorrynotsorry |

Are the orgasms happening by just your dream or masturbating while dreaming and asleep
Nothing worse than a wet dream for me waking up straight afterwards to a sticky mess and having to clean up |

Orgasms are purely from the activities in the dreams, you are paralysed while in your dreams so as not to "act them out" but becaise I instantaneously go into REM without the other phases so I would imagine it is one very big perk of having an otherwise horrible disorder. |

Nice to see im not the only one interested in it. So there are a few techniques, the one that works for me is what I call second sleep. So you deliberately wake yourself up before you need to wake, actually properly wake up, then go back to bed but before you go to the sweet land of nod, concentrate on a single counting exercise. I use a variety of cities I have ever been on or countries I have been to or if I'm being sexy lol, places I have had sex. Sleep will happen while your brain is still trying to compute. The result for me anyhow is that a fair amount of the times I can be aware that I am asleep and dreaming and then I can enjoy the dream and decide what I want to do. Flying is pretty regular. Sex is regular too. It can feel very real. Also it can blur the lines because sometimes everything feels so real you start to doubt you are dreaming. It can be quite confusing waking up. |

I'm having lots of lucid dreaming lately. Most of them are pretty nightmarish, but in the dream, i know I'm in a dream. Only recently I've learned to leave the dream and wake up, but im still in the dream, and i know I'm awake. It takes a while for me to fully come out of the dream scenario. I used to regularly have dreams of flying, or gliding along, inside buildings, along corridors, up and down stairs, schools I went to. |

I’m can recognising when it’s a dream and then changing the trajectory.
Also pretty good at re-emergence when I’ve woken from a good dream and reentering it again. Doesn’t always happen and if you wake too much then it’s a struggle. |
