Forgive my ignorance but what is the Golden Cirlcle and CL. .... and I thought I was a man of the world.

It looks like its a group of people who are trying to start up their own 'exclusive club'.
You must email them using the address they have provided on CL.
When/if they're satisfied with who you are, then they'll send you an invitation (Golden Ticket) to one of their get togethers, but you MUST bring that ticket along with you to gain entry.
Seemingly there's a website coming soon in regards to 'The Golden Circle'.
Anyway, I hope this helps with the query.
