Do you prefer to meet older or younger people ? Is this set in stone ? Any meets where the age gap has been huge ? Has something ever happened when you were together which brought home just how big the age gap was (for example one of you listening to a cassette tape and the other having no idea what that is?)

It's very much set in stone for me. Always has and always will be. I won't meet anyone within 10 years of my kids ages and it's not even up for discussion.
I've never met anyone more than 10 years younger than me so there have never been any age related conversations or issues. |

"Would never meet anyone under 38 just don't have what I am looking for I find with age comes maturity "
Yes I Also wouldn’t know what to talk about with a much younger person. I am a massive technophobe for a start |

"Those I've met have usually been in and around my age for it to be anyone younger than that they would need to be really impressive lol.
I guess my preference then would be older "

Im pretty open about age as Ive friends of all ages irl as well.
Conversation is never an issue for me with anyone lol and thats how I connect with anyone I meet on here, good chat and mutual attraction.
I was given a minimum age rule by a wise 15year old, 'half your age plus 7' and it seems a good guideline. |

We've had repeat meets with a 30 something, it depends on the person. Generally though, I would find a lot of under 35 males to be pretty immature and we filter them out. Age does matter, you are the cumulation of your life experiences. |

I was once in a pool overseas and two millennials were chatting and said it had been the worst holiday ever . This was because they hadn’t taken any underwater pics and uploaded them on Snapchat . had no idea that was a thing |

Some are old and have done nothing and then you have younger folk who have achieved loads and gained great experience in a short period. Wouldn't judge just because of age. |

I prefer a 40+ because Im more attracted to my age and older. Maturity plays a big part but also life experience. I have zero in common with a 20 year old and doubt we'd have anything to talk about |

I'm not talking about "doing" or "achieving" but the experience that comes from life's twists of fate. |

We like to keep to our own age or up to 5 years older or 15 years younger.
But with so many people fibbing about their age it's a big eye opener & such a let down when you meet a 45 year old who has an extra ten years on the clock. Not saying we wouldn't meet 55 year old but like it when the person and the age matches otherwise it just gives us bad vibes. |

That sounds a bit dodge |

On the basis of have something in common I tend to go 10 years either side of my age.
And as some have said I find myself more attracted to those near my own age...beauty is in the eye of the beholder, these old eyes wear rose coloured glasses...everyone looks attractive |

In or around my own age +/- 5/6 years, tbh l need a mental connection , need to ignite mentally before anything happens ,if there's no mental connection it's a non runner and I certainly wouldn't get any mental connection with anyone way younger than me. |

"Once they don't come with a jail sentence
Its all about attraction and communication here I have been lucky to find some younger to share my experiences and I am still looking for people that are mature enough to enjoy experiences and push boundaries "
