Heya, here I am, up late again on fab when I should probably go to sleep, its 1:21am. Up at 7:30am.

So tell me, what's your actual sleep versus your preferred number of hours. Mine, actual to preferred, is usually 6:7

I'd love a good 8 hours straight but my sleep pattern is more a series of naps.

Typical Working from home day:

02:00 - 07:40

08:25 - 08:55

13:30 - 13:55

18:00 - 19:00

I just could not sleep and then started watching stupid crap on YouTube. 8 out of 10 Cats best bits etc
