Awk I like that Fab offers different means of interacting! Be it a wink, sending a message or even 'Fabbing' a picture!
Not everyone is great at writing a first message, some may even be a bit nervous to get in touch, but that doesn't mean they aren't worth chatting to!
So I think it's good to at least have options when it comes to breaking the ice, so to speak. How each person decides to interpret them, how much stock they put in them, is personal to them much like everything else!
Nothing ventured, nothing gained sure |

Not so sure on the winks it's like a thanks but no thanks to me so I'll tend to either just quick browse then block delete them...if you like me enough you'll message me with no wink needed! Well I think so anyways |

As Petersprout said.
Sometimes writing a first message can be easy or difficult depending of the profile.
Then they often are ignored or deleted so a wink can be a simple option to draw attention, much like fabbing a nice pic or two, if it's ignored then it's less of time wasted.
At the end of the day if someone is interested they'll reach out in some way or other, if they're not then they won't. |

"As Petersprout said...

"Petersprout" hahaha!!
Not sexy, not sexy at all "
It’s a clever play on words but awfully gassy. |

As has been said fab has winks, messages, fab a picture or forum posts.
With pictures I will fab when I think its nice though dont just fab all pictures for the sake of it.
I generally dont wink as i think its a bit more than a fab, for me a wink is more a sign of interest and if winked at i will wink back and message.
A message is straight to the point and it all depends what you are trying to achieve as to what you will first say. |

Id be partial to the odd wink myself. There's no harm in it and you never have to wait or worry about a reply , you can't torment yourself by wondering if it was seen or not and you can only wink someone once every 30 days, so consider yourselves lucky |

I am starting to love winks . Sometimes you don’t know what to say. Sometimes you’ve had a lovely chat but didn’t carry on. Sometimes they don’t know to say . Sometimes there is a new pic very or video that catches the eye . Sometimes they have looked at you twice in a day . All these things could be a good reason for a wink |

Winks are mainly used to show interest. Some might not have enough messages left to send and is a way to gage interest. Nothing wrong sending winks. But don't always expect one back.. |
