I will throw together meals from whatever happens to be in the fridge, and whatever the polytunnel has ready. Sometimes more successfully than others lol. Eating this way is great for the environment and is very economical, but means I generally use what I have rather than supermarket-pick recipe ingredients for a preplanned dish. |

I can't bake worth a damn, and it's a skill I really want to learn.
Pretty adept at making anything I put my mind to - I enjoy making curries, lasagna, stews, casseroles.
I do a great stir-fry and pasta bolognese. |
