We often talk about the negatives on the forum so let’s shift it a little to the positive.
I saw a post talking about Green Flags in the Bedroom. The ones listed were:
Aftercare (offering drinks, clean up etc)
Prioritising your pleasure
Regular check ins (does this feel good etc)
Open about STI status
Whips out protection with no complaints.
Do you have any green flags to add?
I would add
Open to discussing trying new things (toys, positions, new types of play for you or your partner) |

Doesn't take themselves or sex too seriously
Isn't mortified or disgusted if you accidentally fart
Is happy to take a no as a no without trying to coerce you into something you're not entirely comfortable with

Someone I can be open with and discuss likes and dislikes without worrying about their reaction.
Someone who has a similar sense of humour so we can have a laugh together as well as great sex.
Someone who keeps in touch pretty regularly not just when they want to meet for sex.
Someone who isn't in a rush all the time to leave after sex .

I agree with most of the suggestions especially help tidying up . I am In two minds about checking in afterwards as I am much Keener on a chat face to face and not rushing off afterwards. I also verify before I leave the venue if it’s a first meet or a first play meet . There is a bit of me that likes to get on with my non fab life once I have left and not have an ongoing post meet check in conversation Ideally .
A real green flag is the chat about other things and not just planning meets . Frankly if you don’t in Any way care for a person you’re meeting with why not just masturbate ? So much less hassle . Even if it’s a one off meet the non anatomical bits have to be pleasant and you Need to be able to have a nice conversation which isn’t about fucking IMO. |

A green flag for me is a lover that remembers exactly how I like to be kissed and takes time out to kiss me exactly right just before we say goodbye. Another one is someone who takes care to ask about boundaries and makes sure they understand what they are and why I have them - not to a prying level but so they can work around then. Just amazing. |
