Im very soppy especially since I had kids

Probably the last one to get me was Afterlife on Netflix but I never know when I'll start the tears....Doctor Who David Tennant's last 5 mins can do it anytime.

The very first time watching Edward Scissorhands and he stayed making snow while Winola danced floored me

I've never watched it since

Still waiting on any film or tv show that's had that effect. There are many things that I've experienced in real life that should have made me cry but haven't so it's unlikely a tv show ever will.

I watched the very first episode of Casualty and haven't watched a medical drama since.

Every Disney movie I have balled at.

Les Mis and The Greatest Showman, Toy Story 4, End Game.... you name it I have cried at it.

Got myself a ban from watching Big Cat week cos I got myself into an awful state over lion cubs. The kids get a great laugh out of it, they sit and list the things I have cried at

I knew what became of Derek but I was unashamedly emotionally drained after the plane crash so haven't watched it in years!

When George dies though, that's possibly the biggest 'gut punch' I've ever received from a TV show

My hormones are all over the place (thanks perimenopause) so I spent most of my morning before starting my late shift blubbing my way through several episodes of the latest season of Pose.

Fly Away Home & the opening sequence of Up usually set me off as well.

Watched Up! one Christmas..... never again!

I have actively avoided the Notebook and Marley and Me. I did try Greys, cried through the first half of season 1 and gave up.

Started watching the Louis Theroux documentary City of Dogs one evening, didnt last 5 mins before full on fugly crying. Husband asked and asked was i sure I would be able for it before I started, he just sat shaking his head at me

I dont cry at films. Just cant get past that its not real in my head

I do easily cry at sad news or reading same

Seems older i get more sensitive to sad news i get

I rwmember the first film i ever bawled at was a spencer tracy film, forget name but at end he gets his almost sinking boat in to harbour and all his family and friends are there and lift him out of boat and bring him to get treated for his injuries and when they are all gone there is just a black kid left crying out to sea for his father, his father having died earlier at sea helping to save spencer

But no one cared.and it ended with him calling for his da out to sea while all rest went of celebrating spencer tracy was alive

I fucking bawled and bawled

And my mother was in hysterics laughing at me crying ffs

Id love to remember films name

Film and TV don't elicit such emotional responses from me.

A good book can do it though, or catching the underside of my knob in a zip
