It's not worth it to me anymore. I rarely drink now but when I do its only 3 or 4 drinks max. And I wake up feeling just fine
Maybe it's the volume you need to look at |

I've never suffered a hangover by headache. A hangover makes me sick as a dog, as in "dear God" .
Spirits are probably worse on the stomach than beer or wine.
Hence the hangover has very rarely been worth the night out.
I haven't had a hangover in years now as I just limit my volume when I am drinking which is very rare too. I'm not one to crack open the bottle of vino at home, like . In fact, give me a bottle of Lager over wine.
Not drinking much means I'm quite merry after one, d*unk after 2 and anyone's thereafter .
Such a cheap date , no hangover, so a blowjob first thing in the morning isn't out of the question |

Wine started to give me a 2 day hangover as it dried me out that much. Started drinking water alongside it (in lesser volumes obviously ) and I dont even get a hangover now just a bit of tiredness the next day as with any other drink.
I read a while ago that a hangover is the brain swelling slightly through dehydration the next day so anyone would gets a bad hangover should start to include water alongside their drink and it will help. |

I hear that water won't leave you too bad the next day...
I don't really drink any more because of the hangovers, so I'm quite happy to see that Guinness have an alcohol free out now. Heineken 0 isn't too bad - at least it tastes like beer. |

I have a preventive method now to not get a bad hangover. Mix Dioralyte Berooca and Alka Seltzer together and drink before bedtime it's a game changer for the fuzzy head next morning. |

Closer than you think |
Like some of the earlier posts, I've been drinking Rockshore for a couple of years now and never get the sick feeling the day after like I did with Heineken etc, unfortunately the tiredness is still there but I assume that's age along with the going to bed in the AM's |
