Also, there are FREE services in ireland. For Cork phone the The GUM clinic in Victoria x hospital.
They are also doing a FREE online postal service for cork and kerry residents.

" Let's get checked " is not just for sti testing, its for general health tests too. So there is a very valid reason for using the services regularly work related or not and should be used regularly for sti tests. So fair play to them for promoting it. |

I can't ree the relevance to one's employment however any swinger would regularly have sti checkups, right? Or are you one of those that shun regular testing? |

Covid has had a huge impact on regional clinic services. So it's great to see any initiatives out there.
The Waterford clinic went from something you could book in a day or two, get tested and get your results quickly to during lockdowns you could only get an appointment if you had symptoms to now only operating 2 days a week. I now have to get tested through my gp and pay €100 for it. I will continue to get regular tests for peace of mind but it would be nice to have the original services back. |

Possibly because there is currently a rise in cases of syphilis in the Cork/Kerry area (along with Dublin and surrounding area) |

I used to go to Portlaoise HSe clinic every six months for regular checks. Three weeks for appointment but now since Covid they don't answer phone. I went to a private clinic instead in Kildare that do family planning gp etc. Very fast and professional and €75 consultation fee. If anyone needs details pm me |

I've used this recently. Excellent service. Easy to do and had results back in about 3 days. |
