So I've entered my first comp in 2 years. October 2 back to powerlifting. It's a charity comp so it's a good one to see how I'm doing. Then get ready for nationals next year woohoo

Definitely go for it.... competing is great fun...can be a long day but you feel good after

Cheers I'm gonna give it a good go anyway......it's only bench and deadlift I'm doing so hoping for 160 bench and 250 deadlift
