"Last March, I bought a kettlebell online.
Today, I took it out of the box.....
It's progress, right? "
Think of all you can get done in the next three months. Maybe you can move it from one side of the room to the other. |

Everyone has to start somewhere! Bought some weights at the start of lockdown and used them for a bit then fell off after a while, its hard to stay motivated on solo workouts especially.
Gyms back open is great but honestly just getting moving is a good thing and go at your own pace if you find some form of exercise you like it makes keeping it up alot easier. Spin classes is a good one as you can meet others and you stay motivated during group exercise! |

I was listening to a podcast that had mcgregors(not a fan) trainer John Kavanagh on it, and he gave a great bit of advice when it comes to training, “win today”.
Setting a 3 month goal means you have to wait 3months to see if you win, but if you can go to bed each night or the majority of nights saying I won today, you’ll eventually see results but aldo be happier along the way. |
