I know the weather is not great at the moment but does it happen much?

Is it advertised here or do people just show up to some of the well known spots?

Been looking also seems its not a thing here in Dublin..

It’s mostly men at these not many women or couples and some men are rude and plain creepy following people around . Prob why so few ladies do it
