The above statement seems to be trending across a few threads on here lately
Trend:
Guys only attend yoga classes to watch women bend into all sorts of positions the pervy creeps
Reality:
Some guys enjoy yoga and use it for lots of reasons other than to see women's arses, for that all we have to do for that is look at yer profile pics. Theres plenty nakid arses on here with puffy pussy lips protruding no need to inflict all that physical exercise on ourselves to see that.
Have we gone mad that if a guy looks at a woman now he is automatically a creep or is it just that the woman doesn't find him attractive enough to look at her so hes a creep.
Out and about if you see a woman in an open jacket no bra no blouse the jacket perfectly positioned (double sided tape holding it in position)to cover her modesty matched with a short skirt and heels is it not normal to look and decide wow shes scrubs up well or are u a perve.
Or is it the case that she is wearing this outfit to attract attention or a possible mate/partner ( most minimal out fit is used for descriptive purposes)
Yes a girl can dress as she likes just to go out with the girls for a few bevies without drawing the attention of males
Is it ok for women to eye up guys and completely opposite for guys eyeing up women.
A clean discussion now lady and gents no hair pulling or bra strap pulling needless kicks in the balls are defo out of bounds but the odd burn is acceptable

"When women dress more attractive and we as men become attracted and they aren’t happy.it’s a bit like turning your outside light on in July then moaning about the moths that keep bumping into it"
You could always keep the attraction to yourself instead of becoming sleazy about it like a lot of men do though! |

Surely the amount of guys that become sleazy are in the minority
Otherwise the pubs and clubs would barr women due to guys standing with their tongues hanging out rather than drinking chatting and socialising |

I just read a new profile asking, is there any gentlemen dom's here that she is here an hour and her inbox is full of dick pics!!
This is why men in general get a bad wrap!! Because alot are creeps!!
I'm sure its a scientific thing got to do with testosterone and all that shit and if all men looked like models maybe it would sway a bit more evenly and more female creeps would surface.
It is something us gentlemen creeps and females will have to deal with because if you are dumb enough to think that a dick pic will always get you the ride then you are dumb enough to keep doing it. I can't see it changing any time soon. |

I think we are all lesser for reading that comment. So you never were in a night club where guys would press their luck until women quietly walk away because it is dangerous to get in a fight with an asshole that is d*unk and doesn't understand "no"?
Why do many clubs in the Mediterranean resorts let women in for free or half price? I is to encourage them to be there to get the creepy clientele in and guarantee income.
The guys don't have to do much other than cat call and whistle to make women feel unsafe or harassed.
Tldr: no. |

Agreed, seems to me men are biologically programmed to look - cant help that, but most are mature enough and have manners enough to realise its really none of their business whether a passerby is looking sexy. Its for them, not for you.
If they are strangers, its rude to stare, leer, comment or come on at them. |

Even if they're not strangers, it's still creepy. We all know "that guy" with the sleazy comments, the blatantly looking you up and down, the one that makes all the women roll their eyes and shift away when he comes into the room. But he's just complimenting you, and jeez you're so fucking uptight |

As for the yoga comment, CJ, you might have a point if it weren't a "mature" male who made the point about looking at the women's asses in the first place.... |

Funnily enough, most of the time women aren’t dressing for men, they’re dressing for themselves, their confidence, their desire to feel good/sexy.
Of course there are times when women dress to attract the attention of men but that doesn’t mean that leering at a woman’s boobs/butt/legs is attractive. |

I agree and disagree here.
No need to keep it to yourself. Everyone like a compliment and to be made to feel good about themselves but keep it respectful.
Just because she has a nice mini on, showing off killer legs, it doesn't mean she wants your potatoe in her oven. |

Good/ Sexy, so they are trying to look sexually attractive. I’ve always been uncomfortable the way some lads approach women in bars and they act but the way women dress (especially the yoga pants!) set my blood flowing, but I keep it to myself. Thank you God for yoga pants!! |

I completely agree, we are programmed to look
I was in my early twenties and having my beloved dog put to sleep.
The vet had me hold her paw while she shaved it and as she lent over I momentarily copped a look at her cleavage and lacy bra.
I didn't mean to, I just happened to be looking in that direction and once it all came into view I couldn't help but look
She happened to look up at that moment and caught me looking.
The look she gave me will stay with me to my dying day, I felt like a complete shit |

There’s a difference between feeling sexy and looking sexually attractive to a man. As I said, not everything is for your benefit. |

Does feeling sexy not play into the whole sexually attractive vibe given off by both sexes I think it does, but I get what ur saying in the context of this thread |

You can get creepy and sleazy in either sex in fairness
The sleazy older man making comments to the women thinking he's funny seems to be what most people think as sleazy but on some of the forums women can be just as bad as men.
I also wonder is age/ maturity a factor in how anyone answers to someone crossing a line

My friend works as a masseuse and the amount of dickheads messaging her creepy shit freaks me out. I can see how it would feel to be asked daily if they offer happy endings, weird random pictures, asking to do it naked, asking to meet in car parks etc. Many men are creeps but also thankfully many are not |

Feeling sexy will often lead to a person projecting more confidence, standing taller etc which can make that person more attractive to others. It’s just important to remember that a stranger is not doing it for your benefit and it doesn’t give you carte blanche to approach them or leer at them. |

Surely creepy is a behaviour based thing and should not be predicated on looks or age. |

I don't agree all guys are creeps most are pretty decent guys who know how to behave like a man and not a caveman leering at any woman who takes their fancy .Of course some are just like that and there are some women who are the same. It's also not just older people who are there are plenty younger men and women who are really sleezy and out of order with their comments to the other sex .
There's a massive difference between someone paying someone a compliment and someone who is mentally undressing you and staring at you or even touching you while making inappropriate comments to you.
Just because someone dresses a certain way that does not give someone the right to creep and make that person feel uncomfortable.
It does happen and I guess always will so all you can do is learn how to deal with it and how to stop it when it does. |

The only difference between OnlyFans and porn is that with OnlyFans you are paying the creator directly for their work. Why are you ok with porn but not OK with women profiting from porn?
A guy who pays for content or sex work is a bazillion times LESS of a creep than the guy who expects it for free.
To the OPs original point, there is a difference between simply looking and being creepy. You may not be as aware of it as someone who is not often looked at (as a man in society, not on a personal level lol), but there is. It is very possible to move through the world without objectifying people or making them uncomfortable, many many many men are capable of this.
In fact I'd say most men are capable of and aware of how to be respectful / nonthreatening / not creepy, because they do it just fine every day at work. But for some, it's just in other situations where it all of a sudden becomes confusing - and that's just sheer entitlement. They don't feel they should HAVE TO check themselves or be respectful because a woman, in public, is fair game to be looked at, admired, objectified, spoken to, hit on etc etc etc. |

It's is equally rude and "entitled" for women out on d*unken hen party nights to disrespect men by shouting obscenity at then or on nights out to come up and try to reach under kilts when a guys are wearing one, yes ladies that does happen a lot but yet women don't get branded perverts or creeps for acting that way. There is a blatant double standard!!

Ah FFS!
Listen, if I want to look, I'll look.
I won't drool in front of you.
I won't make a grab for your tit/ass.
If I find you attractive, yes, I'll look you up and down and see if everything thing else about you is as attractive as whatever that first feature that sparked my interest was.
It's called attraction.
If you have a problem with it, go fuck off to a monastery/nunnery, cos this is how the real world works and people get together.
Or was, before almost everything went online.

No I don't think all men are creeps.
While there was a clear behavioural and societal shift over the last decades from the objectifying macho man to the modern man (whatever that is), I do sometimes wonder did we get lost in the fringes on our journey to an more equal society. It can be a real minefield out there and offence is being taken much easier nowadays.
Anyhow if simple visual admiration isn't possible anymore, it's a sad affair. We all need to be admired and some attention (fab is the best proof for it) and we all goggle around, it's in our nature.
CJ, while you're at it there in the back of the class, can you let me know does my ass look big in my new yoga pant? |

I'll hold my hand up and confess I am a total perv. I can't help admiring a sexy body, ass, boots, hair etc whether it's belonging to an 18yr old virgin girl or 50 Yr old dude. And I will never apologise for having those feelings. What I will do though is make my best effort to keep those feelings to myself if I thought it would make the other person uncomfortable. There is a caveat though, if somebody looks terrific, and I its all good, I will tell then in the most non-pervy way possible. |

I agree a law is ridiculous, people should just have the basic cop and social skills to not do it |

I get what you're saying but I think men have put themselves in that bracket, with the likes of OnlyFans and all that craic paying to see some doll in her undies is a bit much, and the pathetic excuse if they use only fans that because its more tasteful than porn its ok, women have been ruling the roost for awhile now and will continue to do so until men start being men and stop being little boys just my 2 cents
The only difference between OnlyFans and porn is that with OnlyFans you are paying the creator directly for their work. Why are you ok with porn but not OK with women profiting from porn?

Thats just bull respect is there regardless were not all braindead neanderthals, it goes both ways I've heard women talk and objectify men just as much, see thats where our opinion differs where as I would see someone who pays a subscription for Onlyfans as kinda creepy maybe lacking social skills, paying for something that is totally in your head while the person you pay preys on said persons vulnerability, respect doesn't come into it its all about money |

I've opened doors for women and been thanked for being a gent.
I've opened doors for women and been told they were more than capable of doing it themselves and I shouldn't be a creep.
I've seen women call men sleazebags for going to a stripper on a stag night but those same women go to a male stripper because that's different and just a bit of a laugh.
I've had to discipline male staff for inappropriate comments to female staff but wasn't allowed to discipline female staff for similar comments aimed at male staff because the company felt it was just their way of fitting in.
Do I think all men are creeps? Not even close
Do I think most men are creeps? Again, no.
What one person sees as creepy, another will see as endearing.
As already said above, a bit of cop on and the ability to treat people as equals rather than objectifying them goes a long way and that applies to everyone.

Yus wise words .
I also find it interesting that people say if you think yoga pants are a bit to revealing and get the heart racing a bit too much,
"it's not the woman's fault, the man should control his attractions". Yes this is true. But it's also true that free will is an illusion to some extent..and that growing up in the 90s (for example) music videos with dancers twerking into our faces and all the sexualization that occured to us as children.
I have always hated creepy people that's why I find something like the metoo movememt strange, same with black lives matter. This is how I always though so it's so rich when all men are pegged as trash. I really dislike those that are, but where that start for them? And I am really sure many movments meant to tackle such men did nothing to address why they are that way and it def wont change their minds.
Perhaps it would seep through to children. But I am not convinced
Sorry that just kept going |

I think that if I find the person looking at me attractive I'll be less likely to call them a perve or feel uncomfortable, and be flattered. If its someone I find unattractive then I'll find it uncomfortable.
Its all subjective like most things. |

I'm happy if anyone finds me attractive. We all put ourselves out here in that hope so what the other person looks like means nothing to me. It's just nice that someone thinks I look good. I'm not gay but I don't get offended if say, a guy messages me saying he likes me. |

There is equal numbers at men and women acting basly/disrespecting the other but it seems to be acceptable for women to do it but if a man does it well it's open season. Take for example Andrea Leadsom, a uk MP who publically stated "Men should not be hired to look after young children because of the risk they might be paedophiles", She didn't have to resign her job for this sexist statement and took weeks to issue a caviated apology, however take the example of Yoshiro Mori, who was quoted as saying women talk too much and that meetings with many female board directors would "take a lot of time" he faced a firestorm of abuse and was forced to resign. |

Yes the inequality abounds.
It's really the men's own fault though.
They didn't stand firm enough when it came to giving women a vote and then letting them into the pub, not to speak of the horror of an actual woman not just on the golf course but in the actual clubhouse too
For shame!
