Maldron hotel right beside motorway at Junction 17 . Or Killeshin hotel on the old Dublin road.

Belfast

That's only a 2hr drive. How are you looking to break it up?

Killeshin is popular with Fabbers as carpark is located underground and you can go directly to rooms without passing reception.

Well the best thing to come out of Laois is the road to Kildare! Plenty of things and people to do in Kildare you just need to know where to look!

Luckily for me I'm born and bred a lily white

Well for those of us non fab elite males who can't get replies there's not too much people here to do

If he's coming up for golf then I doubt he'll be too interested in a bit of sightseeing on the curragh or the rock of dunamaise

As for J14, handy spot for a social alright but an expensive kip

Naas which is South West of Dublin

Some names have been mentioned already, and there’s also Lawlors and The Osprey in the town, I think I was in the Osprey once or twice but didn’t really notice the decor….
