Yes I do them all the time I have a site block app so I add the apps and websites I frequent that I don't want to go or and I turn off my fab profile as well. |

Stopped posting on Facebook and Instagram last almost 18 months ago because of a stalker problem and don't miss it at all.
Haven't even looked at Insta since and can easily go a couple of days without looking at Facebook. Don't use any other form of social media because it's all an oxymoron. |

Search for Block Site on the Play Store. You can have subscription but no need free version is perfect. So I add the distracting apps like kik WhatsApp etc and sites like this one. You can of course remove block anytime but it just gets you out of the habit if they are blocked. |
