This is me all over. I've way too many renovation/repairing projects on the go. Mostly related to a live-in home renovation project. We are currently...
Turning a shed into a new chicken coop.
Repairing and restoring 3 old clocks.
Repairing a dry stone wall.
Learning to render using lime to do wall repair.
Renovating and restoring a big old Chesterfield sofa where every upholstery pin needs replacing.
Repairing and reinstating an old high level steel cistern toilet that I found in the garden.

I am in the process of restoring an early 1970's British Seagull Silver Century two stroke outboard motor. It was buried in the back of an elderly relatives shed for thirty years, but after I cleaned and reset it's points and cleaned the accumulated gunk out of it's carburettor. Now it runs like a dream.
You just gotta love old technology, easily repaired with basic tools. New stuff is no good |

Very impressive! I'd love to be doing some of those projects, instead of standard house, standard estate, standard town.......lol |

Currently restoring a 1977 Shelvoke and Drewry airport crash tender fire engine. Started with the engine and I have it running and driving now. Lots more to go. Brakes are next. That’s gonna be fun. |

Building a hardtail trike at the minute based on a gsxr-750 engine (oil boiler). Girder forks, ape hangers, solid wheels. Gonna be a proper show pony.
Also almost finished restoring my dad's 1914 BSA flat tanker. It's going to live in my kitchen in the new year.
Love a good ole footer in my garage! |
