I can’t be the only fabber that works around the clock. Someone brighten up my Friday night shift please? I’ve another 6 hours to go.

I feel your pain. I'm off shift work since mid April and it's the best decision I made. Even though my sleep pattern still hasn't improved

I’m 24 years on shift and I’m sick of it. Another 6 to 9 years left

Damn how to manage that. I'm bad enough trying to do a day shift. Must love your job

I’m 10 years in my current job and we work 24 hour shifts. They’re sleep overs but realistically you don’t get much sleep. I think the worst part is working weekends though. We’ve been short staffed most of the year so I’ve had one weekend off in the last few months. Unfortunately social care and social life don’t like each other

I used to love the job but it has taken so much from me and my family life, I actually resent it now. I can’t wait to get out and live my life.

That's why I made the change my mental health and physical health was suffering. I've taken a bit of a financial hit and I'm finding it very hard as lot more freedom but noone to spend the time with but I know it is for the best

I work nights and most of the time it's OK but there are times where it seems the worse thing in the world just complete lack of energy
