Yeah,surely it's edging the clit that might produce it.
It's not actually turning blue, most likely, unless tied with something.
Where you edge it to orgasm a few times, stopping before she cums, the clit does get rather swollen. Similarly the G spot also swells and the labial lips swell and open.
I don't see this as a problem though?
