Yep!
I do a lot of running.
Usually at least 10k every weekday.
Then maybe 21/22k on either sat/sun
I suppose it turns into an addiction.
lol
But it seems to relax me in a way.

And i run 3times a week 2/6 milers , and a 13/15 at the week/end plus other things .like pilates /strength training /and aqua , not bad for an old women .plus working |

I do 5k hill running,that's a steep half k hill up and down,3 times per week plus heavy weights 4times a week,1body part a day,and abs 2 or 3 times per week. Love every minute of it. Mr c |

I just did the dingle half marthon and now going to try dublin city full next month.I train 5 days a week and I love it.lost just over 2 stone in 3 months |

I've been running for years and it's totally addictive!! Did a few marathons including Dublin the crowds are amazing
Great buzz from a long run highly recommend it |
