Anyone know of a good spot in the Wicklow mountains to have some fun, and hopefully not have too many people about.

Cheers

Do you want to be in the mountains, woods, near a reservoir ?

Some where with cover or will a few pop up tents do.

The options are endless

I’m thinking somewhere in the mountains, just off the road where there is a bit of privacy, drive up in the car and have some fun kind of thing

Few car parks near glenmalure might do the trick.

Might startle a few yanks doing the Wicklow way but how bad.

Last week I was up with my family near Sally Gap and the park ranger stopped off at us to make sure we weren’t camping. Putting up a tent may attract more attention than give privacy. Best tip into the woods a little bit with a blanket or two.
