Dublin

Flyefit is the most popular commerical gym, one in drumcondra. Both will do the job given he's in college. Although I assume DCu has a gym that opens all year around, trinity and ucd both have gyms open to memebers of the public and they open all year.

I just finished doing "INSANITY" in the house. Very hard but got me very fit. I didn't really stick to the food plan with it but still worked to a certain extent.

Hard on the knees but I'd recommend that.

Oh I'm not a trainer. I have it on my iptv subscription (dodgybox)

It worked a treat though. You need to be self motivated though.

Ask To Find Out

Any CrossFit gym, expensive but 100% worth it for the money. Steady program and trainers that are invested in the clients progress.

Not to mention the community feeling of them.

DCU has a massive gym, with swimming/sauna etc. And countless classes and clubs you can join like Crossfit or Weight lifting.

If he is in DCU, he would be mad to go to any other gym.
