The only time orange is acceptable to be mixed with chocolate is a Jaffa cake anything else out from that is pure madness  |

One dessert I make that everyone loves is a chocolate orange Cointreau bombé. A Cointreau and orange cream centre surrounded by chocolate sponge and covered in orange and Cointreau chocolate. Yes most of my baking includes alcohol |

Nope.....The only acceptable mix with chocolate would be mint or nuts, if has to be mixed, but chocolate should be ideally made with 70% cacao....the rest are just sugar and artificial flavours or memories   |
