The kids out training in their GAA clubs
About 40 middle aged men in Lycra outside this morning heading up the Dublin mountains on their bikes
Elderly people coming out of Mass last night all dressed up and chatting away to each other
An email to tell me me I'm working at a gig in The Phoenix Park in 3 weeks time...my first gig in 15 months
The little things mean a lot

Some covid guidelines are fab, ie social distancing in shops, it made queing at the checkout much more bearable. |

"In the not so distant future when masks aren’t mandatory once more, would you wear a mask if you had a cold or flu symptoms? "
I'd say especially in public transport this would perfectly make sense.
I didn't miss the runny nose or the sore throat last winter when I had no cold. |

I know right, I haven’t had a cold or flu in over 18months and usually I’d get one maybe twice a year. |

I love the idea of popping into the jeep n driving to my mates house for a cup of tea and shite talk, I miss that.
I also miss the handshakes, I'm in sales and I like a firm handshake with customers, its almost like a peephole into their souls, you can tell alot about a person from it.
The chats with random strangers at the coffee machine at 6am, the hugs in public and not have people think your spreading the plague.
I for one will be a happy person when normality returns. |

Was in Galway city last night and the atmosphere was brilliant. A few guards on the streets but they were enjoying the craic. Nice to see people out and enjoying themselves. |

Not on sale yet or ever artist announced....I'd imagine Hozier or Kodaline
MCD have asked Gov for €650,000 towards the costs as its a trial event
Might not happen now |
