Hyatt hotel in Dublin Friday and Saturday dinner cocktails and most importantly get to drop.in to see my folks en route for first time since xmas

Thats been the suckiest part of lockdown they live in dublin me in galway and pre covid we b zipping up.and down to each other every month..kids have really missed them but vaccines are a godsend |

Working, bringing junk from the shed to the dump, bringing other stuff to charity shop, having my ex mother-in-law over for dinner. Helping my middle child move into her summer lodgings. Furniture shopping.
Thankfully next weekend is ours alone for a trip away |

Bank holiday was last week up here and I was working on Monday but apparently the most popular activity was sitting in your car with the kids for hours on a road to nowhere.
Maybe popular is the wrong word but so many chose to do it

Staying home for long weekend but son and family coming, which is great. Heading to Mullaghmore for 5 nights on Mon. Can't wait for a change of scenery and to be beside the sea, and run the arses off my woofs. Happy feckin days |

Some work to do. Then my housework.
Off to Kildare to my late wife’s family for a meal and catch up. Home tonight. Some work in the morning and then a flying visit to Ballaghderreen to my late wife’s best friends 50th birthday party. Monday do a little work and then chill |

Princes Street and a few others are practically totally covered over by parasols so the weather shouldn't be an issue.. Check with the pubs first though as you may have to book for a space.. Clancys have a roof top outdoor space.. |
