One for the men and women of fab. I've spoken to a good few tall women in my tine and often they comment about how guys who are shorter then them are put off by it or don't want to date a tall woman. But they seem more comfortable dating guys smaller than them compared to small to medium sized women.
How would other men feel about dating a woman taller then you?
Do the tall women on fab have a preference for taller guys then them?
Do bi women have a similar preference in terms of height for a woman as they would for a guy?
As for me,I find the idea of seeing a taller woman quite hot. but I've no preference on height either way. |

I used to say I preferred tall men.
Then I had a regular playmate from here who was not as tall as myself. I was persuaded to meet him by another female fabber who had a feeling we would click. And we did. We had a lot of fun before he emigrated and it totally changed my preconceptions around height |

"5'1 and ive always preferred my men much taller. Dunno why. Like they can pick me up and ride me against a wall with no effort or something. Fuck knows. "
Similar to kildarekinksters this seems to be the most common reason women prefer taller men. Could very easily argue there are evalutionary/biological reasons for this - the idea that they are safer, stronger and will do a better job protecting their women. |

Similar to comment above. I thought I needed a guy to be talker than me to be that lil bit dominant that I craved, to manhandle me. This guy flipped me round the bed like a feather and he was very well endowed. I would never, ever rule out a meet based on height after my experience with him. And if you're reading this get your ass back from Australia! |

Almost all of the women I have been with have been taller than me, and quite a few by a considerable margin, and it's never been an issue for either of us. As with any physical characteristic, if it bothers you then you might give of that vibe that puts others off.. |

Most women I have dated are taller than me so I don’t have a problem
I have had women tell me I would be a catch if I was taller, I put that down to their own insecurities; or at the very least it would be like me saying, “I would go out with you if you had bigger t.ts.” which btw is not an issue, mind before body for me. |

Heather here ! Iam 6 foot 1 without heels and usually 6 foot 4 in heels. Robert is 5 foot 8. At the beginning he was scared I wouldn't want to date him as we met online , our frist date i was in heels and we danced with him no taller then my breasts haha. What can you say I wouldn't change him for the world |

Used to work with a woman who was probably 5 7 or 8. She regularly commented how she couldn’t be with a man shorter than her. I’d have offered to kneel down to her only she was married |

My research backs up your findings:
Shorter lads can fully deliver or surpass on all levels and concentrate their growth on the dangly bits .
So height isn't one of my selection criterias. |

As a tall woman I of course love taller guys but I have dated smaller guys...it's a confidence thing for me...own your height then people don't notice
I have had it said to me many many times throughout my life that they find tall women intimidating now that really puts me off it's so not me!!
As for women I've never been with a taller woman

Height is definitely a factor for most women although have dated a few slightly taller gals who were around the six feet mark without any problems, and I'm only a mere 180cm or 5'11"
I met a lady on a date last week who was 5'10" said she was relieved I wasn't another short ass guy with a chip on his shoulder with something to prove.
I know a bloke who used to be 5'7" and he eventually became sick n tired of being height shamed by women, so he decided to have his legs lengthened in the States surgically by four inches. This was a two year process that involved multiple surgeries where his leg bones were cut and gradually lengthened. He was constant pain and lot's of physical therapy, but he eventually achieved his goal. The eventual bill for all this was over $300,000 and he considers that it was money well spent. |

Jesus, the things you could get for $300,000. I wouldn't be spending that to get an extra 4 inches in any part of my body! |

I am most definitely not a tall woman but all of my aunt's are quite tall. I remember being a kid and thinking they were so glamorous because they could wear really long dresses haha
Tall women are amazing.
As for men, my ideal height is 5'7. I used to be one of those short girls who always dated very tall guys but I got sick of the neck pain haha |

Wow just wow!!
It is awful that he felt the need to put himself through all of that because someone, somewhere said they preferred taller.
Those operations are by no means an easy option and the fact he felt the need to put himself through that just to measure up to what some women find attractive is unbelieveable.
I am shocked to say the least,I would not wish those ops on my worst enemy never mind shame somebody to get it done for cosmetic reasons |

I'm 5'10 and my height is something iv always been self conscious about. Iv always been told by fellas when I was younger that their preference was small and petite so it's always been in my head.
