What the funniest ones you have heard or had?

Once heard of a foreman who was called Drillbit.. He was a small, boring tool.

My dad had a mate who was missing half of one of his ears. His nickname was 18 months because he had an ear and a half.

Worked on site in the 80's as an apprentice electrician

Turned up on one site and was told to ask for Clarence the foreman.

Shouted out to him in a room full of people.such a dig he gave me....he was cross-eyed ( you have to be of a certain age to get that )

I'm from a part of the world where males are usually very tall. One vertically challenged colleague who was about 5'8" and lost in the sea of 6' plus was affectionately called Stumpy

I was nicknamed Slugger after losing my patience with a frustrating twat in the local and demonstrating a mean left hook

Worked on a site a while back and the security guard was from Chad..called himself Midnight because people kept getting his real name wrong.
