It's actually a very healthy lifestyle. Ireland is a beautiful country even with all the rain.
Just carry a good rain outfit and know some basic survival skills.

Anybody close to carlingford or Mourne Mountains
To do some trail running "
Ah bloody hell I'm close enough to the mournes but there's no way I'd be running up those I can barely walk up the smaller ones without oxygen. Fair play for running them.Mind you fair play for running |

Ah bloody hell I'm close enough to the mournes but there's no way I'd be running up those I can barely walk up the smaller ones without oxygen. Fair play for running them.Mind you fair play for running "
