You should register anyway

I know when they opened the 59 yr olds anyone over the age of 50 could register

You didnt skip anyone older but got to the front of the queue for your age group

It is noteworthy that the second vaccination has more of 'a kick' than the first; injection point in left arm much sorer, swollen glands, aches and pains, some headaches; but delighted to be a fully paid up member of society again.

Maybe by 2022, life may have returned to normal, but I'm not holding my breath!

One reason might be that the mrna blood bank leads to pathogen priming. I would like everyone to be given a choice.

Donated blood is a scare resource and it's beyond entitled to suggest someone would be allowed to choose whose blood saves their life. We're incredibly privileged to even have access to that kind of treatment (and vaccines too, but that's another matter).

"Beyond entitled" to suggest a vaccinated blood bank and an unvaccinated blood bank, really? It should be done at the very least as a safety precaution.

These are not vaccines, at least not in the legal, medical or fdA approved sense but that's another matter. I don't want your untested Mrna technology in my body attacking my immune system.

Why not...would you turn it down if you needed it

"

So just wear a badge saying "if I'm in an accident and urgently need a blood transfusion fuck off if the blood supplied is not from people that are not vaccinated" and don't worry about it

I assume you know that they are not approved vaccines. They do not contain any viral, they do immunise the person against the disease and they do not prevent transmission. It's a synthetic code.

So in that case you would have no problem taking the Astra Zeneca or Johnson and Johnson vaccine as they are not mRNA vaccines?

I would, mainly because they are unnecessary for anyone under 70 and because of the adverse reactions and associated risks.

I'm open to correction but im assuming that neither the AZ J&J contain actual Covid19 viral so another red flag for me. BTW, I'm not against vaccines in general I've had a few.

Ah the "my superior knowledge" trump card has been played. Excellent.

Perhaps do some very basic research on the various types of vaccines in general, not just this one. Then maybe move on to the increasing evidence that the covid vaccines can indeed prevent contraction and transmission. It's widely reported and freely available from reputable, scientific, peer reviewed sources. Or you can stick with Bob from down the pub and his YouTube channel

But happy to take the risk associated with turning down a blood donation due to the possible temporary effect of someone else's antibodies entering your system... Which you would also get from someone who had recovered from Covid.

Sound logic.

Nobody is talking about refusing a blood transfusion. I'm talking about having two banks so there is no cross contamination of blood supplies. Who knows' someday you might need my blood ot the blood of the unvaccinated and you could end up thanking me.
