What are everyone's gym goals when everything reopens up?

I definitely feel I should have utilised the entire pandemic & lockdown better set personal goals, and worked towards them from home.

Honestly hate myself for the lock down weight gain and lack of fitness I find myself in now

Definitely going to take up regular swimming & fitness in a gym when it's safe to do so!

And most importantly work out a Nutrition plan and stick with it!

Eat less move more now. No need to wait till a gym opens. Eat right check your maintenence calories and take 2-300 calories off them and eat them calories a day and ad din some exercise. Walks etc.

Yeah solid advice

Working on the nutrition at the moment trying to plan it out for better shopping and meal prep etc.

Will definitely do more walking got some new harnesses for my dogs and new runners so taking them out will be good motivation as well
