A life hack is an uncommon solution to a common problem.
For example, I don't take selfies but I do use my selfie camera to plug things into the back of my computer.

If you feel you would be disadvantaged in a job application process, for example because of ageism, write to the CEO at their home address with a copy of your CV and a really professionally scripted covering letter.
I got two the best jobs I ever had by this method; very unorthodox, but this meyhod shows initiative, confidence and audacity. |

Want to chill a bottle of wine beer or any sealed drink really fast without diluting the drink with ice?
Wrap it in kitchen paper towel and wet it under the tap and in freezer for 15 minutes.
Ice cold
Lazy late evening snack for that chocolatey fix you want but can't be arsed baking.. try a chocolate brownie mug cake 
Takes like 2 minutes in the microwave. |

I have an app on my phone for that called Magnifying Glass. Works even better than zooming in on pics taken with a camera. |

Mmmm sounds unlikely. An app can't make more pixels than were in the original pic. |

I should really write things out in a more articulate manner. Apologies, coffee not taken yet.
What I mean is I find it works better than using the camera and zooming in on pics because of ease of use.
I just opened the Magnifying Glass app and zoom in and out of what I am trying to read.
With the camera method I've to open the camera, take the pic, go into it, zoom on it and then delete the pic if I don't need it. |
