Meet in person verification

So with meet in person verification back are people going to give a meet in person verification to people they met in person but could only give a webcam verification at the time.
That was a bit of a mouth full |

I only give verifications to women I have played with, and I've only met one since I joined. To me it seems totally pointless to give someone a verification if you've only meet up with for a coffee. |

Is the purpose of verification not to verify that a person is who they say they are? Not sure therefore why a verification from a social meet would be pointless |

I would totally agree. They are not pointless. A verification is a verification. It shows they are real and willing to meet. There are a lot of people out there that would love a coffee verification just to get them started. |

What???
So you spend a while chatting to someone, meet them for coffee. But there’s no click. So you don’t bother verifying that they are a real person??
Weird, and slightly hysterical |

Not pointless. It shows they showed up and aren't a timewaster. It shows they aren't just fantasists and are serious about taking action in real life. It might also give indications about how accurately their profile represents them.
If I met someone for a social, then I would 100% verify if they wanted. It could really help them out if its their first verification. Even if I didn't fancy them at all. |

Definitely not pointless, the fact that they showed up, sat and chatted etc is a good sign and as someone who has been on the receiving end of meeting a guy for a coffee to have him turn on his heels and walk straight back out of coffee shop. I think they important |

Surely thats the while point to show ppl are nice enough and fairly genuine who they say they are! Not all meets are to write home about either....I've done cam meets with ppl I've genuinely thought were nice folk isn't that the whole point??? |
