When I was young you couldn't Google lyrics, if you wanted to know the lyrics and hadn't the album sleeve you needed to record the song and then - play, rewind play, etc... Now its easy.
For years I was singing along to No woman No cry but I was singing "my fear is my only courage",
Recently I discovered its "my feet are my only carriage",
Anyone else in the same boat? Singing along the wrong way for years.

A mate in work started singing aong to van morrisons brown eyed girl and was singing 'hey rodrigo' instead of hey where did we go. We didnt take the piss out of him,i swear  |

I just to jot down misheard lyrics into my drafts folder of my early phones. Because I'd know the lyrics were incorrect, but would have to wait till I went to the college library to Google.
In Bad Moon Rising, all I could hear was "There a bathroom on the right" |
