Tayto for a crisp sandwich, King for eating from the bag.....although Tayto Bistro mature Irish cheddar and spring onion could take the prize if your talking ‘share bag’- such a good strong flavour. |

King for me
Tayto would be my first choice but they can be a bit inconsistent, You cant beat a fresh pack but as likely to get a dud.
Hunky Dorys would be up their too |

Try it, You will be surprised how many skips you can git in a sandwich.
You need to keep the butter roughly the same thickness as the bread.
Batch and Kerrygold would be a go to |

"King cheese n onion with peanuts mixed in together yum ??"
This was our preferred meal when on drinking sessions years ago.
When pubs were real and a cheese toastie was considered gastro.
After the 7th pint or so, everyone would get a bag of crisps and bag of peanuts, combine and crunch the two, consume with etiquette and then you were good until closing time and a durty kebab
Happy, simpler times.
I prefer King but surprised nobody has mentioned Manhattan!
Serious drinker crisps. |
