30 Days of night is such an underappreciated horror! The lord is great too.

Now the sequel on the other hand was terrible!

Holy shit! Knew we thought you guys were cool for a reason but Judgement Night (Emilio!) and Dredd are such fun films,

Props also for Nightbreed (old school makeup and prosthetics) and Boondock Saints (even with the dodgy Irish accents).

Referenced it above but Night at the Roxbury for a giggle, Darkman for cheesy superhero (throw in Spawn too), What Dreams May Come for a cry, and Glory for a movie with Mathew Broderick that you don’t immediately want to switch off.

The Sessions with Helen Hunt, William H. Macy and John Hawked.

About a guy in an iron lung wanting to lose his virginity.

Absolutely hilarious a lot whilst also serious.

I'd imagine that the craic on set was unreal.

Fantastic movie!

It's on Disney+

Completely agree

Excellent movie and he scared the shite out of me, which wouldn't be repeated until Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter, many years later

There's a French movie called C.r.a.z.y and it's absolutely amazing. Marc Andre Grondin is the lead in it and the premise is basically growing up being confused about his religion and sexuality and that. And he has an affinity for singing David Bowie which everyone should relate to right? worth a watch!

Now I haven't watched it in years, so this is a cautious recommendation.

Silver Bullet.

Was based on a Stephen King short story about werewolves and a kid in a wheelchair.

I remember loving it when I saw it but probably hasn't stood the test of time.

Anyone seen it lately?

Watch it now because Stephen King seems to be Hollywood darling at the moment and will likely be remade very soon.
