This cruelty occurs everyday right here in good old Ireland. Charles River , a large American company has a laboratory in Co.Mayo where they carry out cruel experiments on animals each and every day.
Once the animal is ‘used’ , they simply kill it (if it hadn’t died during the experiments ) and dispose of it.
They abuse everything from mice/rabbits/guinea pigs/hamster and the ever reliable beagle dog, a dog that is the most abused of all dog breeds held by laboratories.
This is the cruel reality folks.
Think before you shop.
Only support cruelty free/vegan brands.
Google what brands those are, or look in the comments of the aforementioned YouTube video.
If the bottle of shampoo/make up etc isn’t branded as cruelty free, then you are giving money to those that carry out these cruel and painful experiments.
Would you give money to a man in the local park if you saw him hurting his dog?
Out of sight, out of mind.
Incidentally, all those vaccine companies that are currently in the news do exactly the same thing. Johnson & Johnson for example conduct cruel experiments on animals to create new toiletries etc but also kill thousands of animals in cruel experiments to create vaccines.
Many would argue that to create vaccines, animals being used and abused is acceptable. Not many would say the same when it comes to your shampoo etc.
