Should these be scrapped?
We all know people are meeting and leaving webcam verifications etc...
We all have our own opinions on that and they have been well and truly covered.
I'm just wondering is it time for fab to open back up the verifications so that people can accurately and honestly update their meetings.
Thoughts? |

Are they productive though... when there is no actual consequence for breaking fabs current rules?
They could recommend against it but allow people to be honest about their meeting or not |

Think verifications should be allowed to be displayed
People are meeting , some for a social distant coffee, others for a play meet, least if you could display verifications you can see which happened

That may be so but there are no consequences for actions that go against fab rules. So its pretty useless really. |

Complete waste of time the guidelines just as much as the bullying rules. Doesn't seem to be any consequence fir it so why bother.

Again, people not following the rule doesn't mean you drop the rule. If that was the case there'd be no government lockdown either.
I think it's better to have the reminder and keep verifications off, because it IS a slippery slope effect. Removing them gives the message (whether it's correct or not) that it's OK to meet as normal again and I think we're a far cry from that.
People who are meeting safely can still do so, and not being able to verify someone is hardly a hardship.

If Fab owners were to allow such...i.e lifting ban on displaying recent meets... It would be seen as promoting physical meets. And also I believe breaking government rules. |

I was shown the list. My first response to the person who showed me was that I felt you were not in attendance. So I guess others will think the same . |
