I got deliveries from lovehoney and bondara since January and as far as I remember they just put personal items on the customs label. They put the same on regular clothes that I ordered so it shouldn't look funny if packages are seen by neighbours or anything. |

That's what I find too. I guess we don't have the population to sustain such a wide variety
When you paid the cuwtoms. Did it say from customs then what was in package ? |

Agree with you. Any other than UK work perfectly. No issues so far with any shopping

What are they putting on packages for customs as product descriptions ?"
I contacted lovehoney customer service, they said packages shouldn't incur customs charges but if they do for some reason, you just have to contact them and they'll refund the cost. |
