I'll nail my colours to the mast here and say Octber/November, the general swinging population will start to meet. At that point you'd assume a sizable chunk of the population will have been vaccinated...you'd assume anyway

ill be much happier when all the frontline health workers are vaccinated and safe though.

Just read article in Irish Independent Saturday review stating frontline medical healthcare workers and residents and staff at nursing homes have been all vaccinated.
