Best thing C4 have had on in years and that's saying something. Took me right back to the 80's when people (including me) were terrified of this, killer disease.
Gay people who had to fight the stigmatisim and then Aids were immense and showed the courage not seen since. Sound track is superb too.. Watch it. Its entertainment as we're as an education. |

When you grab the tissues make sure there's a spare box handy,you'll need them! Absolutely loved the show, brilliantly written, brilliant acting and the soundtrack is fantastic! But fuck me,it's so sad!!!! |

It was a great show, to think today people can live with HIV now. Having diabetes is now more dangerous than HIV today. How far medicine has come since that decade. |

I actually never considered that comparison. You could be right there, it's crazy how far medicine has come in Aids treatment ever the years.
