Dip it slowly at first, leave it there for a second then take it out. If it requires a second dip, well that requires speed

Depends on the biscuit, ginger nuts need slow and steady to soften them up but a digestive has to be a quick dip before it crumbles

If you dip them too fast and vigorously there is a high chance of making a mess and probably break unless you like soggy biscuits

Yuk to tea and biscuits! Prefer coffee with a dart of milk or some cream on top! Carefully and slowly taking a lick of the cream to sample the moist texture
