Depends on how busy or how stressed out I am on daily and weekly basis so frequency can fluctuate..
Also depends if I'm chatting to someone engaging which can also increase the frequency..
Not one for bashing it out for the sake of it like

Depends on the form to be honest
Most weeks it's three to four times then some times on my days off it could be 2-3 times! With lockdown there's not much else going on got to entertain yourself somehow  |

Of course I don't have some peer reviewed research into the novel trends of masterbation. I can only go on anecdotal evidence. I've met so many women who never masturbated and now it's in so much media and stuff which is great. Guys used to always be like... "yeaahhh mmaaann fuck wanking all the time maaan" and now I see the Conversation opening up in many different platforms about not doing it. Or doing it less. And the effects of that. Which is also good
