I spent over 2 decades run ragged between work, kids and elderly parents, I have no problem doing nothing at the weekend

I seem to have missed out on a lot of Netflix over the years

somewhere

Today I'm in work and I'm delighted to be honest

Listening to Bat Out Of Hell at full blast in an empty office is very therapeutic

Training, talking to others about how i am feeling good bad and indifferent on every given day. Reading, writing, a bit of baking here and there not to much because added weight is definitely not my desire during this. Watching motivational movies on TV and Netflix in the evening. Reaching out to help others struggling.

Ballsbridge, City Centre

Whilst lockdown is awful it’s worse to think you’ve wasted a year of your life.

The way I see it, it’s time to work on yourself

So read those books you’ve been meaning to read, watch that tv series you’ve been meaning to watch, learn a new skill, text that person you’ve been meaning to catch up with etc

belfast

If you’re working from home be strict with your work hours

And have as much Zoom/Teams/Skype as possible with all cameras turned in, it’s good to see other faces

Definitely know when to stop working and start relax! And know when the camera is on for work calls!! Eat well, keep in touch with friends and get excercise, fresh air and take up new hobbies... It won't be like this forever

Definitely reaking huge benefits and life times changes and being part of history is pretty cool to tell the grandkids. Trying to keep as much positivity as possible even in every bad situation, feeling, outcomes etc.
